These terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for the use of AI Vision AGNCY's website, located at https://ai-vision-agncy-azgex9rm6ztm82xg.builder-preview.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use AI Vision AGNCY if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Unless otherwise stated, AI Vision AGNCY and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on AI Vision AGNCY. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this content from AI Vision AGNCY for your personal use subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.

• Sell, rent, or sublicense material from AI Vision AGNCY

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from AI Vision AGNCY

• Redistribute content from AI Vision AGNCY

This agreement will begin on the present date.

Authorization for Personal Data Use

Agency Name: AI Vision AGNCY

Type of Service: Creation of Web Pages, Chatbots, GPTs, AI Creations, Automations, and Online Stores, among other services.

1. Authorization for Personal Data Use

Through this document, the "Client" expressly authorizes AI Vision AGNCY to collect, use, and store their personal data, which is essential for creating their website or other services described above.

Required personal data:

• Email to be used on the webpage

• Full name

• Telephone number

2. Request for Files and Materials

For complete personalization and correct functionality of your website, the Client must provide the following:

Files and materials:

• Photos, videos, and logo

• Business-related files, products, services, prices, schedule, etc...

• Social media links (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

• If you already have an active website, authorization to use files, images, videos, etc., to make your new webpage more attractive, or to update and improve the existing page, if possible and more convenient, migrate it to a new hosting service.

  Here is an example of the authorization Process using Wix, to manage an active webpage.

  As a website administrator, you actually need to receive proper credentials from the site owner to access the account securely. Here's why and what you should know:

  1. Legitimate Access Methods:

  • The site owner must invite you as a contributor/admin through their Wix dashboard

  • You'll receive an email invitation from Wix to create your own account

  • Once you accept, you can access the site with your own login credentials

  2. Required Information:

  • You don't need the site owner's personal password

  • They should never share their personal login credentials with you

  • Instead, ask them to send you a proper admin invitation

    The correct process is:

  To invite people to your site team:

  1. Click the Wix Studio icon at the top left.

  2. Hover over Team.

  3. Click Invite Teammates.

  4. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite: aivisionagncy@gmail.com

  5. Select the checkbox next to the role(s) you want to assign to this person.

  6. Click Send Invite.

     Tip: You can create custom roles for people, where you handpick the permissions.

  This way:

  • You get your own secure access

  • The client maintains their account security

  • Everything follows Wix's security protocols

  There is no legitimate way to bypass this process. If your client hasn't set you up with proper access, you should request they do so through the official Wix Studio collaborator system.

  Note: Every hosting site may have different process to invite people to a site as collaborator, but this can give a guideline to follow.

Important: These elements are necessary to link the website with social media and ensure your presence on these platforms. The lack of these files or authorization limits the page's functionality and may restrict user experience and potential monetization in the future.

3. Process for Starting Projects

1. Send an email to aivisionagncy@gmail.com including: the name and detailed description of the requested service(s):

For example:

• Services: Webpage, Chatbot, and store.

• Description: The webpage must include 5 pages: Home, contact, gallery, reservations, and terms and conditions, etc...

• The Chatbot: should be a cartoon, preferably a puppy, etc...

• The Store: must include categories for digital products and reservations, schedule, etc.

With this information, AI Vision AGNCY will provide a quote within 48 hours.

AI Vision AGNCY will adhere to what is described in this point. If at the time of project delivery something was omitted, forgotten, or not described, the modification will count as such.

As a second option, and if authorized by the client in their description, the AI Vision AGNCY team can create incredibly creative, innovative, and cutting-edge pages, enhancing and elevating your vision to another level. Only basic and strictly essential details of your business will be necessary.

Note: Generally, this is the option our clients choose to take.

2. Advance Payment

• The advance payment for the required service(s) agreed with AI Vision AGNCY, which is the 20% of the quote. This amount must be covered as the first step after receiving the quote to start the requested service.

• All personal data and required information must be sent to aivisionagncy@gmail.com within 24 hours, and in a single message after making your advance payment.

3. Project Start

• Once the message is received at aivisionagncy@gmail.com, AI Vision AGNCY will start the client's project the following day.

• During the project creation process, the client should wait until the agreed time is concluded, without modifications or changes, to avoid interruptions to the project, which could result in failure to meet the agreed time. AI Vision AGNCY will be sharing advances periodically.

• Once the project is completed as a draft, at the stablished time, it will be shown to the client and will have a 48-hour period to use, test, and/or detect any changes that may be necessary or deemed convenient, without deviating from what was initially required.

• If requesting a very significant change or the addition of another service, it will be budgeted again once the payment for the initial project has been fully covered.

• The client can request a maximum of three modifications to their project at no additional charge, but starting from the fourth modification, there will be a cost of $50US per modification.

• The remaining payment will be covered at the end of 48 hours, thus concluding the service.

• To transfer the webpage project from AI Vision AGNCY´s account to the client´s account, might take some days. (If this case applies)

Important note: If for any reason the payment is not covered as previously established in date and form, the website will be paused making it invisible to the public and the advance payment will not be refunded.

Clients are asked to concentrate on describing their project, remember that your webpage is your showcase and business card for the whole world, so investing quality time is really worth it, and also to review your project thoroughly once completed to ensure a positive experience with the service provided by AI Vision AGNCY."

4. Privacy and Exclusive Use of Data

AI Vision AGNCY guarantees that all provided information will be used solely and exclusively for the creation of the Client's website and associated services. Under no circumstances will personal data be shared with third parties without the express written authorization of the Client, who must attach a valid and current identification to the authorization document.

5. Website Administration Service

The Website Administration Service includes:

• Four updates per month, 1 per week. This is uploading, removing, or modifying content.

• Implementing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies for Google, Facebook, etc.

• Making necessary adjustments to increase traffic and potential prospects.

• Keep the webpage functioning properly and smoothly.

It is the Client´s responsibility to cover monthly payments subscriptions such as:

• Hosting

• Domain

• Chatbot Plugin

• Automation Plugin

• GPT Model

• Etc..

Note: All required material and/or changes must be sent via email to aivisionagncy@gmail.com every Monday no later than 23:59 Pacific time, to be able to work on them as soon as possible.

Final Acceptance and Authorization

By continuing with the process and sending your email using the Accept button, it is understood that the Client has read, understood, and accepts all terms and conditions established in this document, and authorizes AI Vision AGNCY for the use and treatment of their personal data and material under the terms described here.
